Order Time:

Each holster will be hand made as orders are received; so, we ask for 1-2 weeks to produce and ship. You will receive an email notification upon shipping of your holster.  Once your holster is assembled it will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping:

At this time, shipping with United States Postal Service is the best value available. We will use the priority mail flat rate envelope for a single holster and adjust packaging for orders with multiple holsters. This service delivers in 2-3 days to most domestic destinations and can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please let us know via email if you would like to make other arrangements for shipping and we will be glad to work with you as possible.

Your satisfaction is of great importance to us at DC Holsters. If after receiving your holster, you're not satisfied with this product, please email us at sales@dcholsters.com with your concerns. Once we have a chance to process your request, we can facilitate the return or exchange and you can send it back to us in the packaging the holster shipped with for an exchange or refund. Additionally, within the first 30 days of wearing this holster, if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and let us make it right.

Warranty:

We offer a case by case limited warranty on the workmanship and materials against defects, except for normal leather variations. This warranty does not cover damage from alterations, abuse, misuse, DIY repair, or normal wear and tear.
